This delicacy is made following a complex process. Only the juicy (not too young, not too old) fresh Green pepper berries are hand selected. They are then carefully washed before being boiled, which occurs 3 times, whilst adding 20% Sea Salt ‘Fleur de Sel’ to the hot water every time. After cooling down, the Salted Green Kampot Peppercorns are immediately vacuum sealed and packaged to ensure its freshness, making it ready for you to consume. This careful procedure takes 15 days to create the perfect batch.
